Salmon bouchees for Christmas
I wanted to try to make the stuffing myself.
I wasn’t expecting them to be so good.
Ingredients:
- bechamele
- tomato paste
- garlic
- parsley
- salmon
- one egg(cooked)
- sambal
I added some grinded hard cheese on top before cooking 8′ 180°
